Surrounded by sunshine, ocean views, and meaningful conversations, this retreat was a chance to slow down, reconnect, and come home even stronger together. This Warrior Bonfire retreat was designed to give Purple Heart couples the opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and invest in what matters most: each other.

From touring the USS Midway and exploring the San Diego Zoo to sailing the bay and relaxing on the beach, the weekend was filled with shared experiences and plenty of smiles. Again and again, couples shared how much they appreciated having time to simply be together. Those quiet conversations, walks along the beach, and moments without a schedule became some of the most meaningful parts of the retreat.

Our Couples in California retreat was a beautiful reminder that sometimes the greatest gift you can give a relationship is time together. Four Purple Heart couples gathered in sunny San Diego for a weekend of adventure, connection, and intentional time away from the demands of everyday life.
