Keestan Cole

Mr. Cole was born and raised in southeast Texas where he still resides today. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Lamar University. Keestan is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds an engineering license in multiple states. Currently he is the Vice-President/Partner of Arceneaux, Wilson, and Cole LLC a mutli-discipline engineering and land surveying firm located in Port Arthur, TX. Mr. Cole has over thirteen years’ experience in Public Works and Utility Engineering, with particular expertise in the areas of design, analysis, and project management. He has a strong background in the design and analysis of horizontal directional drilling, sewage collection systems, water distribution systems, storm sewer systems, paving, and lift stations.
