Fly Fishing & other fun!

This new Warrior Bonfire Program retreat, built and hosted by a Purple Heart alumnus, takes place in Pangburn, Arkansas at Lindsey’s Resort on the Little Red River. Participants will enjoy two half days of fly fishing for trout on the Little Red River and a half day on Greers Ferry Lake, targeting walleye, bass, and crappie, with guides supporting all skill levels. Participants have the option to spin cast if that is their preference. Additional activities may include exploring underground caverns, hiking, or high-speed go-karting, offering a mix of relaxation and adventure. Lodging is in cabins, and participants must be independently mobile, as accommodations and boats are not wheelchair accessible. This retreat provides a unique opportunity to unwind, connect, and enjoy time on the water with fellow Purple Heart recipients.
