Want to give back to those who have shared their homes and property for our Retreats?

This event is part of our “Beyond the Bonfire” program. We are giving back by providing workweeks or weekends at locations that have consistently supported us for years. This is an opportunity for you the Purple Heart to find purpose and healing in helping others.

Featherhorn Farm has hosted deer hunts for 9 years, and it’s time to give back some love! Very often members want to return to locations to help with maintenance or new builds that will support other opportunities for Veterans. Our group will either be constructing or repairing duck blinds around the property. No experience or tools are needed from our members. All we ask is that you come willing to put in some hard work and be appreciative of the past and current support by the property owner and his crew. 

Expect a few fishing excursions, as all work and no play is no fun! 

This event is open to 6 Purple Heart Alumni – Lodging, travel, food, and activities are at no expense to the warrior – Event dates include travel days.
