Breaking Barriers with Funyaks, Ziplines & NASCARs
We are all about stepping out of the box and on this trip, our box got wet, soared through the air and hit top speeds of 130mph! June 2015 found us near Asheville, North Carolina, camping on the banks of the French Broad River.
Woods and Warriors, Just Plain Fun
The Warrior Bonfire Project kicked off 2015 with a successful outing to Valley Park Plantation in Mississippi. Rapidly becoming one of our yearly events, our combat wounded heroes enjoyed five hunts during the weekend, with our primary focus being to allow our men to relax, enjoy camaraderie, and develop bonds with new friends.
Divide And Conquer
We are starting 2017 with a bang! Two hunting trips in one weekend in two states! (Well actually three if you count a spur of the moment run to Texas to hunt pigs).
The Best Little Air Show in the World
At this rate the Southern Heritage Air Foundation won’t be able to call this air show “little” for long! This show has been running every two to three years since 2004 and this past weekend entertained a crowd of nearly 5,000 with some of the top performers and teams in the country.
Buccaneer Bonfire Weekend
The Warrior Bonfire Project went to Tampa for one of our biggest adventures yet! We keep our numbers small for a reason but we sometimes go all out on the number of events.
Some Fun for the Spouses
